Tiger’s wife to stand by him

As Tiger Woods’ alleged infidelities go into double figures it has been predicted by friends of his wife Elin Nordegren that, although she has been mortified by the revelations, she will stand by her man for the sake of the children. The pair have two children, a ten-month-old son Charlie and a two-year-old daughter Sam. Friends of Elin also say that she was aware of Tiger’s partying ways when they first met but that he had promised to stop. Elin’s parents split from each other when she was eight-years-old and friends say that she does not wish to do that to her own children.
The extra marital exploits of the world’s richest sportsman came to light after he crashed his car into a tree following an alleged row with his wife. Since the incident speculation has been rife about the actual circumstances behind the accident. Some are saying that Elin attacked the golfer with his own clubs and others are saying that he has not appeared in public because his wife broke one of his teeth with a mobile phone after she caught him texting one of his mistresses.
Whatever the truth, Tiger is sure to be in trouble with many of his sponsors. Commercials featuring the sports legend have stopped appearing on American television and lawyers for brands such as Gillette and Nike are sure to be looking closely at the morality clauses in their contracts with Woods. Even Tiger’s own website is now filled with angry messages from disappointed fans.
