The rural setting offers complete tranquility but it is only a few minutes drive to a store and 15 minutes to a main motorway. Airports are to be found at Perugia (45 Mins), Florence (1hr 45 Mins), Pisa (2hrs), Bologna (2hrs), Bologna Forli (1hr 30 Mins). Rome (3 hrs). Casa Singerna is situated about 10 minutes drive from the stunning medieval hilltop town of Anghiari. 10 minutes in the other direction gets you to the village of Caprese Michelangelo, the birthplace of the titan of the renaissance. Also nearby is Sansepolcro, birthplace of painter Piero della Francesca, where you can enjoy an evening stroll in its lovely historic center. There are excellent retaurants in the area. The Villa is comprehensively equipped for 10 people with TV, dvd, videos, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Cleaning is included Wednesdays and Saturdays.
