Located close to Newcastle, the Dorset Arms hotel and restaurant serves food of the highest quality, made from carefully chosen fresh ingredients, wherever possible, using Newcastle based or other local suppliers. The home-cooked food is fresh, the vegetables served in the restaurant are home grown, and Table D' Haute & Christmas menus are available. We cater for most tastes, including healthy eating, vegetarian and, as you would expect in from a restaurant situated close Newcastle upon Tyne - several traditional Tyneside specialities.
Our restaurant patio has a beautiful water feature as well as a barbeque and outdoor heaters for when it gets that little bit cooler. And while the grown ups are enjoying that special moment in the restaurant, you can be sure the kids are okay in one of our beer gardens which has children’s games and a trampoline.
