Katie Price dumps Alex Reid live on air

Katie Price has quit the Australian jungle and also decided to end her relationship with boyfriend Alex Reid. Talking to Ant and Dec, the hosts of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, Katie Price said that she hoped that she and Alex could remain on friendly terms but that she thought it would be best to be on her own at the moment and not in a relationship. Apparently Alex Reid had absolutely no idea that the relationship had ended. Just last week as he was flying out to Australia he announced to the press that he intended to propose to Ms. Price and that he was one-hundred percent sure that the answer was going to be positive.

A spokesperson for Cage Fighter Films Ltd with whom Mr. Reed has contractual obligations said that he would be carrying on his business in Australia related to the film Cage Rage but that he did not wish to release a statement about the end of his relationship with Ms. Price.

Ms. Price told Ant and Dec that whilst she had been on the show she had been able to do some reflecting and admitted that perhaps she hadn’t acted in the best way over the past seven months. She went on to say that she realized that she had to concentrate on herself and her children more.

Ms. Price said that the I’m A Celebrity camp had constantly reminded her of her ex husband Peter Andre whom she met during her first time on the show.

    I’ll be glad to see the back of all this Katie Price rubbish and get back to the real celebrities in the jungle. I’m a Celebrity get me out of here should be about celebrities (PLURAL) not celebrity!

    If any one of the celebs in there at the moment has a chance of winning it’s either George or Stuart Manning!
